All Summit Lift products are customized to your specifications.Therefore, all sales are final. However, if there is a problem with your product our manufacturer will work with you to resolve any issues.
Sterling Stairlifts
All Sterling Stairlifts are customized to your specifications. Therefore, all sales are final. However, if there is a problem with your product our manufacturer will work with you to resolve any issues.
Harmar Mobility Products
You may return new Harmar items within 15 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. For items that had free shipping at the time of order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Bath Lifts
All bath lifts are non-returnable. This is due to hygiene purposes. However, if there is a problem with your product our manufacturer will work with you to resolve any issues.
Standers - Independent-Living Products
We provide a satisfaction guaranteed return policy for all Standers' assisted-living products. Simply return it within 30 days of date of purchase, and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping and Processing fees). In addition, we provide a one-year parts warranty. We'll replace or repair product if failure is due to workmanship or material defects (excluding Shipping and Processing fees).
All returns must be approved and have a return authorization number. Packages without an assigned return authorization number may be refused. To return an item, please contact our customer service department at 888-252-2205.
PVI Ramps
You may return new PVI items within 15 days for a refund, less a 30% restocking fee and less shipping costs. For items that had free shipping at the time of order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
