The Mountway Solo Toilet Lift is a functional, unobtrusive solution to toileting independently. The slimline, battery-powered lift mimics a natural standing movement, gently lowering and raising the user on and off the toilet at the simple touch of a button.

Unlike other lifting devices for the toilet, the style and appearance of the toilet lift ensures that it will blend into any bathroom setting, whether the décor, furnishings and fittings are classical or ultra-modern.

Easy to Use

Using the toilet lift is simple with an easy to use operating switch built into one of the optional arms (not included), which provide added support and comfort to the user. The armrests can be raised to facilitate side transfer and create more space in the bathroom if required. If the armrests are not needed, a handset can be used to operate the lift (included as standard).

Dignity

The Mountway Solo Toilet Lift’s compact and slimline appearance ensures it fits subtly into any bathroom setting without becoming the centre of attention. With minimum installation, the toilet lift can be placed over an existing toilet, and is also compatible with the Clos-o-Mat WC/Shower toilet system. This enables many users to toilet independently, thus providing a higher level of dignity and causing no embarrassment to the individual. When in its down position, the lift functions as a normal toilet seat and can be used by any member of the household.

The bathroom by its very nature demands products that are easy to clean. The Mountway Solo Toilet Lift has smooth wipe clean surfaces that require no more cleaning than that of an existing toilet.

Ease of Moving and Handling

When toileting independently is still not possible the toilet lift can play a key role in reducing the risks of manual handling related injuries. By minimizing the lifting and weight associated with manual toilet transfer, only one person is needed to help the user toilet safely rather than the traditional two.

Batteries

A rechargeable battery operates the Mountway Solo Toilet Lift. There are no electrical installations in the
bathroom. The removable battery is incorporated neatly into the frame eliminating the risk of trailing wires and cables. A standard toilet lift is supplied with two standard batteries so that the backup can always be on charge outside the bathroom. Larger capacity batteries are available for heavier institutional use. These batteries require a higher capacity charger.

Arms

The toilet lift is available with optional arms, these can be raised up to facilitate side transfer and create more space in the bathroom. An easy to operate switching system is built into one of the arms. Also incorporated within the switch arm is a battery status monitoring system, which indicates the charge level of your battery. Options of one arm or two arms with or without switching are available. (Please specify preference at time of order). If preferred, a handset can be used for operating the Solo if arm switching is not required.

Return Policy

The Mountway Solo Toilet Lift is non-returnable. This is due to hygiene purposes. However, if there is a problem with your product our manufacturer will work with you to resolve any issues
